Imagine being in the geriatric set and having people tell you that you have “bedroom eyes”. This can happen to you if you know how to keep your eyes healthy for life. Are you constantly on a diet? There are certainly enough of them out there to choose from. In fact, there’s one for every part of your body. Do they work? Maybe, maybe not, but there is a diet that works. It targets your whole body with an extra added benefit, your eyes. You probably didn’t know that your eyes need a healthy diet too. This diet will help you get and maintain a healthy body and healthy and sexy eyes.
For the most part, we take our eyes for granted. Try closing your eyes and walking around the house for a few minutes. If you didn’t break your toes or fall over something, you did great. But how would you like to have to do that all the time? That’s why we need to stop taking our eyes for granted and take care of them.

However, that stuff contains a powerful ally for your eyes. They contain lutein which can help prevent cataracts and macular degeneration.
Do you hate vegetables, whether they’re leafy green or anything else? Well, you’re not alone. Many people just won’t eat vegetables. Leafy greens, tomatoes, carrots, red peppers and squash are high in lutein which helps prevent degenerative sight problems. Still don’t want to eat them? Then try a plate of green algae which is also high in lutein. Maybe they don’t sound so bad anymore, do they?
