Now pry below the steering wheel till you come in contact with the clips that is holding the trim panel. This plastic trim panel will be held in its place with the help of clips. Loosen these clips and p\\then pull the plastic trim panel. Next thing you need to do after making the above mentioned steps is that you need to check out for the trim made of plastic which would be present below the steering. Make sure that you have pulled out those trims so that it would be much easier for removing the radio. Locate the small panel that is located beneath the A/C controls and the radio. Remove this panel by pulling it with a little force. Behind this panel you will find two 8mm bolts. Using the socket wrench remove both the bolts.
These bolts are responsible for holding the radio and the A/C control panel. Hold the radio and the air cooler control panel firmly and pull the whole setup out of the dash.
In this control panel you will find connections to the hazard light, the radio antenna cable, the radio wiring harness and the A/C control.
If you turn over the panel to the back side you will locate 11 screws.
These 11 screws hold the air cooler control and the danger light panel to the radio. With the help of a Philips head screw driver remove all the 11 screws. After this the radio can be completely removed from the panel. Now you should remove the radio and control panel from the dash you can now see many wires present in back side of radio remove those wires and make sure that you are not damaging any wires because you may need to use them when you put a new radio.
