You may be programmed with your Mental Codes like most people. People create negative experiences due to having predominate negative emotional thinking.
The meaning behind all of this is the negative thoughts you have most of the time produce your emotional charges. How are your individual Mental Codes programmed? Identify what your individual Mental Codes by paying attention to your thought processes throughout your day. Take a look at what thought and thinking patterns (negative or positive) come to the surface throughout the day.
You will probably notice the same thoughts or at least the same thought patterns are producing similar emotions. We become addicted to these emotions and actually need to reproduce them so we can satisfy the neuro-chemical secretions (natural drug) that are produced in the brain.
You will want to notice what your thought patterns are in order to break the addiction to your negative Mental Codes.
Immediately and voluntarily replace the negative Mental Code with a positive though. Easy, isn't it? This is a very basic way to begin reprogramming your thinking.
