What is leadership? Leadership is one of the most important issues of life. First, leadership is inevitable. Any serious study of any civilization or any period of history will reveal that people always separate into the roles of leader and follower.

There is something that causes some people to stand apart from the crowd.

But, here is my true purpose for writing this book on leadership: Many are leaders and do not know it.
