What Is Planet X 2012 – Is There Really Something Out There

In the very near future, a global catastrophe will strike our planet. Some say it will be triggered by our friendly neighborhood star, the Sun, others propose it will begin at the very core of our planet. Still others believe that all this will start with Earth's collision with another planet. This planetary object, they call the Planet X and it is said that it will strike is soon – more specifically on the year 201
2. So what is Planet X 2012 theory and what does it mean to us? Planet X 2012 is a hypothesis that roots from two very different beliefs – one, the doomsday events that will bring the current age to an end on 2012 and the other is the theory related to a rogue body that will collide with our planet, the Planet X. Right after Planet Neptune was discovered in 1846, scientists began looking for another body which could qualify as the 9th member of our solar system. And they were not wrong.

In the subsequent years, Pluto was discovered and remained a planet until 2006 when astronomers reclassified it as dwarf planet.

The search for the ninth planet, then was named Planet X, began in the middle of the 19th century and well beyond to the beginning of the 20th century.

Included in the searchers was Percival Lowell, the founder of the Lowell Observatory. His Planet X theory was widely accepted during its day when it was largely considered as the explanation for the discrepancies for the orbits of the planets Neptune and Uranus.

Then Pluto was discovered in the 1930s and was initially confirmed the assertions espoused by Lowell. Half a century later, scientists understood that the smallest and farthest planet cannot quite suffice the expectations from it, thus the search began for the 10th planet. Today, Planet X remains to be elusive, although theories and claims to support its existence are not lacking. One theory is so intriguing, it led to the development of a cult following that now proposes a Planet X that is somewhat different from what Percival Lowell first proposed.

It began with Nancy Lieder, the woman who claims to be the means of communication between extraterrestrials and mankind. As a child, claims Lieder, the founder of the website ZetaTalk, she was implanted with a microchip in her brain to be used as communicative device by the extraterrestrial beings called the Zetas. As the appointed contactee, she is responsible for disseminating the information provided to her by the extraterrestrials. On May 27, 2003, Lieder predicted that her Planet X, with size four times that of our planet, will cause the Earth's rotation to stop for
5. 9 terrestrial days. This, according to Lieder, will then be followed by a phenomenon called pole shift whereby the Earth's crust will shift location. While 2003 passed without a sign of any pole shift, this did not deter Lieder and her believers to adjust the time of this phenomenon's occurrence to sometime in 201
2. On the other side of the story is the claim of a pseudo scientist who wrote books on an ancient encounter with extraterrestrials and the beginning of man's civilization. His name – Zecharia Sitchin who proposed the belief about Planet Nibiru.

It was only a matter of time until the two theories – Planet X and Planet Nibiru – meshed together. To this date, believers of these theories wait in anticipation the collision of the rogue planet Nibiru or Planet X with our planet. So what is Planet X 2012 – it remains an open question.
What is Planet X 2012 ? No one knows for sure. What many can say for certain though is that it is part of the series of phenomenons called the 2012 doomsday. Find out more by visiting my website.
