How To Prepare For Awake Dream

While we sleep dreams occur.

It may be pleasant and beautiful or unpleasant and nightmare. We can't stop nightmares because it is out of our control and awareness. How do you feel about dreaming while you are awake and aware, so that you can visualize what you like most in your life? Yes, you can dream while you are conscious of it and there by you can bring most beautiful things to your dreams.

You may think how it is possible. Of course it is possible through some intellectual exercises and regular practice.

It differs from normal dreams in a way you feel that you are travelling in a world and you are experiencing reality of your intentions. To achieve your aim of awake dream you need to shape and improve your mind.

If you want to happen voluntarily in your life, you need to shape and improve your mind.

You must achieve a state of mind which can disconnect to world and able to completely focus on things when ever you desire. To get control over mind, practice meditation every day. Select a room which is totally away from external disturbances which distracts your thoughts. Fresh up your mind and set away the unwanted thoughts in your mind. Sit, look straight and keep your back bone straight. Close your eyes and focus on objects which flash before your eyes. Concentrate on it and let your thoughts bound up with. Like ways change object each time and make sure that you are able to focus on what you think. Next is practicing awake dream. Select a room, which give you complete silence. Make sure that there will not be any external disturbances which deviates your attention. Lay flat on bed looking on roof. Put your hands on both side. Clear your mind and avoid unwanted thoughts. Once you visualize your dream of life and you see the enthusiastic applauses that clap around you, you will feel really your desires will come true.

These visualizations of your dreams will inspire you and that will compel you to action.

In most cases our frustrations or diffidence prevent people from strong actions and so they will not achieve the goals which they set. After a little time, certain new images will come to the flash which you have been seeing.

Then it will give way to your deep desire that lies very deep in your hearts. That will flash like a film before your eyes.

If you lie as said before and try to disconnect the world you may fail, because disturbances around you will distract focus and fill up your mind with unwanted thoughts. So as the first step you need to gain control over your mind, that able to twist your mind the way you desire.

You can gain this ability through some intellectual exercises like meditation and disciplined life style. Spend a little time every day to meditation and yoga etc.
