First of all, lets define what free energy means.
It means that the cost of creating energy is much less than produced energy.
There are some obvious examples of free energy such as solar and wind energies, and not so obvious ones such as radiant energy and centrifugal force. Some of these possibilities for generating energy seem like ideas out of science fiction novels.
The laws of science dont appear to govern these potential power sources, making the ideas seem kooky, or fringe such as the idea of a Perpetuum Mobile. Cutting edge innovations, however, have often seemed fantastical in the contexts of their times.
The cultural attitudes and scientific knowledge of the day when such technologies like airplanes, diesel engines, and nuclear bombs were developed would have classified those technologies as fictional rubbish. Unfortunately there is no time machine to give people the perspective that only history can provide. Setting aside our preconceptions, let us look at some theoretical free energy technologies which at first may seem more outlandish than known sources of power such as solar and wind. Nicolas Tesla was the inventor of an engine in the year 1900 based on the idea that heat could be used to create mechanical energy. This ambient heat engine was dubbed “Self-acting engine”. Sixty years later hot air being run through an air turbine was created. This was the same year in which Charles Brown received a US patent for a heat to electricty converter. – Hydrogen.
The element called hydrogen is a component of water and thus in abundant supply. Through electrolysis it is possible to extract hydrogen from water for utilization as fuel because when burned it combines again with oxygen to produce vapor. A number of methods exist for separating hydrogen without the need for a lot of electric power to do so, meaning this could be a great fuel of tomorrow. Back in the day new inventions were never heard of, and if you did invention something people thought you were crazy. And once it was hit, them you became the talk of the town. However, more applications for magnetism are yet to come.
In the past 50 years inventions were made which seem to challenge the laws of physics known to us at the time. For example, inventors of a Zero point magnetic generator claim that their generator can produce free energy in the amounts larger than needed for the device to run.
It means that Zero point magnetic generator is actually a perpetual generator, or a Perpetuum Mobile which was long ago dreamed off by inquisitive minds of the humankind.
