At a recent company event, my mentor Randy Gage reviewed the qualities of a great Network Marketer.

I was so proud to be a part his great team and vowed to implement these qualities in myself and throughout my team! I took away so many crucial techniques to building a successful network marketing business, but I decided to start here! They listened when their mentors listened.

They implemented what they learned and now they teach what they have learned and practiced.

They have followers of thousands.

They speak, people listen! I will reveal these 7 qualities, but as you read through them, really pay attention. Don't just scan through them. Stop and determine if each one exemplifies you.

If not, this is where you have room for growth! This is where you can polish your skills or beliefs in order to become the leader people are looking for! Without leadership qualities you can kiss away any potential at earning at the level of only 3% of our profession.

I guarantee those 3% possess all these qualities:#1 – Feed

Your Dream Daily – What better way to keep your goals in front of you then to have them on a dream board, vision board or prosperity board! Sit down and think of ALL the things you want, places you want to go, people you want to meet, achievements you will earn, company promotions you will achieve – catch my drift? Keep them in front of you at all times! In your bedroom, in your bathroom, in your car, in your office! Wherever you go every single day! Know why you are doing what you are doing! If this sounds 'stupid' or 'corny,' then stop what you are doing, and dedicate to your job. EVERY successful person on Earth has said how critical it was to keep their goals in front of them! It gets you through the tough times! [I:http://articoolz.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/VidetteVanderweide1.jpg]#2 – Build a W I D E organization! We have to accept that building a successful network marketing organization is a numbers game. We need numbers to find those 'diamonds' in the crowd.

If we don't go wide enough sort through the 'tire kickers,' 'negative nellies,' and the 'big talkers,' then we'll be stuck with a frustrating, unproductive organization. When we build wide and find those diamonds, we can then train & develop them to do the same.

It's critical to not let the 'big talkers' and the 'tire kickers' steal our time and energy. We need to spare our energy for our diamonds! #3 – Tap Root

Your Depth -

You have found the Diamonds in your team, now it is time for you to help them find the leaders and diamonds on their team. When we teach our Diamonds how to train and develop their Diamonds, we are spreading a culture amongst the team. As your depth grows, your trained leaders will keep duplicating building a sustainable, productive organization! So, this is where your companies' compensation plan is critical!

Your compensation plan better reward this behavior and pay multiple levels down into your organization! When this happens you and your team have a vested interest in tap rooting your organization! #4 – Be Available in Prime Prospecting Times – As hard as it is to admit, the best time to reach prospects is between 6 p. m. and 10 p. m. Monday through Friday. This is when people are home, they have put the kids to bed, and have time to talk.

If you are not willing to take advantage of this, then again, be o. k. with your job. Or, you can set aside any preconceived notions, sacrifice your evenings for a year or two and enjoy the rewards! Think about Oprah, Bill Gates or Warren Buffet. Do you think they build their wealth between the hours of 9 – 5 p. m. Monday through Friday? I can probably bet they didn't.

I'd imagine they worked long hours and sacrificed some family time.

You think they are happy they did that? An 'employee mentality' is a handicap to our business. An 'entrepreneurial mentality' is a gift! Quality #5: Be a Winner Not a Loser – In order to be a winner, we must follow the winners. That said, we need to run like the wind from the losers. Mom always said that 'you become who you hang out with. ' Surround yourself with broke, negative people, then become one yourself. Surround yourself with millionaires, positive people and productive entrepreneurs, and you will become one! Surround yourself with people who are better than you! This is the very reason I searched out my upline in my company.

I searched out a legendary network marketer who has made millions in this profession.

I didn't care about the product, I wanted the mentor! It makes ALL the difference! #
6. When

You Feel Fear, Profess Faith – We feel fear everyday. As we do the activities, the fear gets less.

If you are still feeling fear, realize that it is simply, 'False Evidence Appearing Real. ' Fear is simply our subconscious manifesting emotional barriers that give you unrealistic feedback. When this feeling creeps up, have faith in yourself, have faith in your abilities, have faith in your skills! #7 – Sew the Dream – Building a culture of dreamers on your team is a golden nugget! Keep sewing the dream of your team members so they stay engaged and encouraged. This business can be a roller coaster and on the downhills, we will need our dreams to pull us through. Sometimes someone has to remind us.

They can be easily forgotten during times of frustration! When you help others sew their dreams, what happens?

You guessed it, your dream is sewn as well! That is the beauty of this great profession! I love it! ! Keep these 7 steps in front of you often. Put them on your dream board, commit to creating this as the culture for your team. Randy Gage is a network marketing genius. He is the kind of person to follow and copy.
