The thing that marks the Forex Markets out as different to the Stock and bond markets is the opportunity to place traders twenty four hours a day. This allows for more opportunity for those looking to make a career in financial trading.
The 24 hour FX market is split into three different trading sessions; European, US session and the Asian session. Each session sees Forex traders from the respective regions hit their desks and start actively entering positions. Dependant upon where you are in the world the opening and closing times for each market will be different, but essentially the session times run in parallel with the stock market opening times of each region. What is interesting is that not all currency pairs are traded equally during each session. Traders will focus more on the currencies that dominate the market opening times, the British Pound being traded more heavily in the European session for example.
This is interesting because it can mean that trends that are set during the European and US sessions are effectively put on hold during the Asian session for this currency.
It is this lull in activity that acts as the basis for a proven and profitable trading system.
The London Forex Open system has been created to focus on trading just the British Pound currency at a specific time of day. Additional currency pairs can also be traded by this system if desired. Unlike some other Forex systems London Forex Open only seeks to capitalise on moves in the currency pair at 08:00 UK Local time. As a result the system is time efficient and easy to use.
This is because this system only seeks to be the master of this one trading event. This trading strategy takes no more than ten minutes per day to complete making it a very efficient system to add to your trading toolbox.
There is no need to constantly look for signals as the system provides the signals ready for entry at 08:00 each morning.
It is even possible to identify the evening before if there is the possibility of a trade the following morning.
The approach used by this system offers what is known as a the potential for high profits from a low time investment.
